Thank you for shopping with Dwellvox. Please review our shipping policy below. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $40.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email once dispatched. You can track your parcel using the link provided. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or a customs service/handling fee charged by your local customs office or postal service upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Dwellvox has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse a package due to customs fees, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. For questions about duties or taxes, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Delayed, Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us — we're happy to help investigate. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that occasional customs or carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for an automatic refund while the package is still in transit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be modified.
